Zach is a Qualifying Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting clients through a wide range of mental health challenges. His approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can feel empowered to navigate their healing journey.

Zach works with a broad spectrum of concerns, including depression, insomnia, trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, peer/relationship dynamics, executive functioning, confidence/self esteem, and life transitions. He is skilled in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) Therapy. He tailors his interventions to each individual, using evidence-based practices to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and find new perspectives.

Zach is also particularly interested in group psychology, recognizing the power of shared experiences and collective support in the healing process. His passion lies in helping people discover their innate strengths and rewrite their personal narratives. He is committed to providing compassionate care that honors each person’s unique experiences and promotes lasting well-being.
